Account Help
Learn how to manage your Trading212 account, update your profile, change your password, and adjust your notification preferences.
- Updating your profile: Go to Settings > Profile to change your name, username, phone number, and region.
- Changing your password: Navigate to Settings > Password, enter your current password, then your new password.
- Notification preferences: Visit Settings to enable or disable email alerts for login, deposits, withdrawals, and trades.
- Privacy Mode: Toggle Privacy Mode in Settings to hide sensitive portfolio and transaction data.
Email Verification
Verify your email address to unlock full account features and receive important account notifications.
- After registration, check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code on the verification screen to confirm your email address.
- If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new code.
- Verification codes expire after 10 minutes for security.
Password Reset
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it securely using your registered email address.
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address to receive a 6-digit reset code.
- Use the code to verify your identity and create a new password.
- Your new password must be at least 8 characters with 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 symbol.
Deposits
Fund your account using cryptocurrency deposits. Deposits are reviewed by our team before being credited.
- Navigate to Wallet > Deposit to initiate a deposit.
- Select your cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, or SOL) and enter the amount.
- Provide the transaction hash from your wallet to confirm the transfer.
- Deposits are typically processed within 1-2 business days after review.
- You will receive a notification once your deposit is approved and credited.
Withdrawals
Withdraw funds from your account via cryptocurrency or bank transfer.
- Go to Wallet > Withdraw to request a withdrawal.
- Choose your withdrawal method: cryptocurrency or bank transfer.
- For crypto withdrawals, provide the destination address and network.
- For bank transfers, enter your bank account details (name, account number, SWIFT).
- Only one pending withdrawal is allowed at a time.
- Withdrawals are reviewed and processed by our team.
KYC Verification
Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to unlock full account features and higher limits.
- Submit a selfie, government ID, and proof of address document.
- Supported file formats: JPEG, PNG, and PDF (max 5MB each).
- Documents are reviewed by our compliance team.
- If additional information is needed, you will be asked to retake specific documents.
- Once approved, your account status will be updated and you will receive a confirmation.
Portfolio & Investments
Learn how to manage your investment portfolio on Trading212.
- Browse available assets on the Markets page with real-time price data.
- Click on an asset to view detailed information including price charts and statistics.
- Deposit funds to your wallet and start building your portfolio.
- View your complete transaction history on the Transactions page.
